Students who will be living in the new boundary of Chicopee Hills P.S., and are currently attending Lackner Woods P.S., Sheppard P.S., and Crestview P.S. do NOT have to complete NEW registrations for Chicopee Hills P.S.

These schools will automatically register your student for Chicopee Hils P.S. and transfer his/her Ontario Student Record accordingly.

If your student is currently attending a Waterloo Region District School Board school other than Lackner Woods, Sheppard or Crestiew, you will have to complete a new registration form or contact your current school to update your information and request the transfer to Chicopee Hills.

Any new students transferring from different school boards within or outside of our region will need to complete the registration forms found in the link below.
